December 21, 2008 Colorado River Oasis RV Park

Yesterday we went back to Quartzsite so we could see more of the vendor booths and we found an RV supplier there that had a sink we needed and wanted. We couldn't find it online so this was lucky.

We tired ourselves out again walking for a few hours and still we didn't see everything. I don't think we'll go back. The booths just go on and on. I forgot to take pictures so will do that when we drive through on our way to Yuma on Tuesday.

This is the clubhouse where we had our rib dinner last night. It was soooo good.
Ribs, baked potato, beans, dinner roll, salad, apple sauce and dessert! All for $7.50 each. Yesterday morning we went up to the clubhouse for huge cinnamon rolls and coffee for only $1.75. These parks are wonderful!

This photo is of the Corner Kitchen. They serve breakfast and lunch, also at very reasonable prices. Since it's been so cold, people usually get it to-go because you eat outside on picnic tables.

We got creative! I made a few of these 3-D stars and Chuck made a string of gingerbread men paper dolls.

Couldn't resist posting this photo. Peachy says "Pssssst, Merry Christmas!"

Is this too dark? They fight sometimes but they sure like to keep each other warm.

It's a beautiful sunny but chilly Sunday here. Blue skies and sun! Finally!

(I tried to put the wording with the correct photo but it's not doing what I want it to do)
